  A location-aware home screen surfaces top salons and service providers within roughly 50 km, with search across both salons and individual services.

  Multi-service appointments

  A client can stack several services into one booking, and the owner marks each one complete individually as the appointment progresses.

  Deposits and split payment

  Owners set a deposit as a percentage or a flat amount; the client pays it at booking through Stripe and settles the remainder once the service is done.

  Stripe Connect payouts and wallet

  Owners onboard to Stripe from inside the app, then track earnings, transaction history and withdrawals from a wallet screen — no separate finance tool.

  Portfolio, reviews and reminders

  Owners upload photo and video work to a public portfolio; clients leave feedback after each booking, and push notifications handle confirmations and reminders.

One Flutter codebase serving both sides of the marketplace — owners onboard a salon, list services and manage bookings; clients discover, book and pay. It ships to Android through Google Play, and reaches iOS as a progressive web app built from the same Dart source.

Admin dashboard

The operator's console over the whole marketplace: one admin oversees every salon owner, customer, booking and payout. A React single-page app against the Django REST backend, with JWT auth that silently refreshes expired tokens and replays the failed request, so a session never dies mid-task.
