How we started Rheo
We're a team of developers who found each other trying to do the best possible work for our clients. No formal hiring, no recruiters, we just waited until the right people connected with us. And they stayed. What began as individual freelance projects grew into an agency, and then into a company built around one thing: understanding the business before building for it.
We built Rheo around a simple idea: understand the business first, then build what it actually needs and help it grow. We're not chasing enterprise clients or big logos. We work with businesses that have the potential and the patience to grow, because when they succeed, we succeed.

The best software starts with a clear picture of the business behind it. We ask questions first, write code second.
Say the honest thing.
If a project isn't worth doing, or AI won't help, we say so. We'd rather lose a sale than build something that doesn't earn its keep.

The team
The most solid thing about us is that everyone here works with full ownership. We're not a typical company where people watch the clock, waiting for Friday. We're here to make each other successful and every one of us is always looking out for what's best for the client, and what more we can do. Even on weekends, we end up here. Not because there's a deadline. Because we love what we do, we love each other's company, and we love what we learn from each other. We play, we argue, we laugh, and we build.

You work directly with the people building your software, not a layer of account managers, and not juniors handed the project after the sale. We work async-first, with hours that overlap comfortably with the Gulf, UK, Europe, and US, and everything runs in clear English.
