Key features

What it does

  • 01

A full solar quote in ten guided steps

Client details, system type and sizing, then panels, inverters, batteries, structure, accessories and net metering — each step validated on its own, and skippable when a system doesn't need it.

  • 02

The quote is built from real stock

Every hardware choice narrows the next: pick a brand and only its categories appear, pick a category and only its models. Nothing can be quoted that isn't actually in the catalogue.

  • 03

Prices are frozen at the moment of quoting

Each line records the price as it stood when the quote was made. The catalogue can change the next morning and a proposal already sent to a customer stays exactly as it was.

  • 04

A branded proposal, shared on the spot

The quote becomes a PDF with an itemised table, the extra charges, the grand total and a full terms sheet — payment schedule, warranties, cancellation policy — then straight into WhatsApp or email.

  • 05

    One catalogue behind everything

Admins manage seven hardware categories with brand, grade and price. Removing an item retires it rather than erasing it, so quotes written last month still open correctly.

  • 06

See how the team is selling

Per-salesperson quote counts for the last day, week and month, with their full quote history underneath and every quote drillable down to its line items.

Platforms

One codebase, two dashboards

01 / Internal tool

The quote builder

What the sales team uses in front of a customer. The wizard holds its state across ten steps so going back never loses an answer, resolves each hardware choice to a real inventory record, and totals the system live as items are added.

  • Ten steps, each independently validated
  • Cascading brand → category → model → grade
  • Price snapshotted per line item
  • PDF built in-app, no native module
  • Runs as an Android app and a web console

02 / Internal tool

Admin console

The other half of the same codebase, gated by role. Inventory, the sales team and every quote the company has produced. Reads come straight from the database for speed; the privileged operations — creating a user, changing someone else's credentials — go through an authenticated server API instead.

  • Seven hardware categories, full CRUD
  • Soft delete keeps old quotes readable
  • Cursor-paginated tables, counted server-side
  • Per-employee quote analytics
  • Field-level edits, each its own action
